We strive to send all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 12 hours but sometimes as afast as 15 minutes. It's therefore infrequently that we can adjust your order after you've put it. But please, reach out and our Happiness Team will do their best to help you out!

When your order leaves our building you will receive an shipping confirmation from us. Based on your shipping alternative, the parcel will be delivered to your home address or nearest pickup point. The confirmation email will also include all relevant information on how to track it.

We always strive to ship your order as fast as possible. We will send your order on the same or following business day, as long the item your order is available in stock. We won't pack or ship any orders during weekends or holidays.

We strive to always deliver your order as fast as possible. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping alternative you choose. Please note that the estimated time is just an estimate and that it may vary in time depending on external factors that we or our shipping partner can't control. The delivery time might also be longer during special occations such as promotions, holidays etc.

We currently have our warehouses in Sweden and USA. To guarantee the fastest delivery as possible, we ship your parcel from one of our warehouses which is nearest your location.

Your transaction and payment information is handled directly by our payment providers with secure encryption under strict banking standards. Your credit card information is sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or seen by anyone other than your bank, not even by Browgame Cosmetics. Browgame Cosmetics holds the SSL certificate and meets the requirements of PCI DSS.

It takes 1-5 business days for the money to be refunded after we have initiated the refund. The funds will automatically be refunded to the account the payment was made from.

You have the right to return you products within 14 days from receiving your order. The products should be in the same condition as when it was received. the product shall also be in their original containers with labels intact and protective stickers. Products purchased through our website has to be returned throug our warehouse and not through any of our retailers. We can only replace your order with another product of equal or lesser amount. If you want to change to a product with higher price, you will get a refund on your order and then place a new order of that products separatly.

If you wish to return yor order, please send it back to us and we will handle your return as soon as we receive it. Make sure to 1) include the following information on a note together with the return: Full name, Order number, If you wish to receive a new product or refund, what product you want to exchange to and 2) Enter the return address on the package Browgame Cosmetics, Wargentinsgatan 2, 11229 Stockholm.

The warranty of our products is valid for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase. The products are manufactured to meet our high-quality standards and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our Happiness Team for any questions at all!

If you wish to submit a complaint about our product, please send an email to our Hapiness Team and they will help you out. Please provide the following: Full name, Order number, Describe issue, Image that clearly shows the faulty item. We can only accept complaints if you bought the product directly through browgame.com. If you bought the prodcut through a reseller, we ask you to contact them first. But you can always reach out to our Happiness Team with any questions at all!
